Position Overview:

Petal Priory is seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Event Florist to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for corporate events of various scales, delivering exceptional service to clients, and aligning with Petal Priory's high standards of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute innovative and visually appealing floral arrangements for corporate events, including but not limited to conferences, galas, product launches, and company celebrations.

• Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their vision, budget, and requirements, ensuring that the floral designs align with the event theme and objectives.

• Source high-quality flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements from suppliers while managing inventory and costs effectively.

• Prepare and set up floral displays on-site, ensuring timely delivery and professional installation.

• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and address any concerns or special requests from clients.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in floral design and event styling to offer fresh, creative ideas to clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a florist specializing in corporate events, with a portfolio showcasing diverse floral designs for business functions.

• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and arrangements, as well as seasonal availability and care requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable floral experiences.

Location and Schedule:

This position is based in Hong Kong and may require work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.
